The location is fantastic, really close to all the attractions I wanted to see. I loved the spacious and comfortable suite we got. The buffet breakfast offered a lot of tasty options, definitely a highlight of my stay. However, there were a couple of hiccups. One of our rooms wasn’t ready when we checked in, which was a bit disappointing. The WiFi connection was also spotty at times, which made it hard to get some work done. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. They also have a great tour desk for planning excursions. Even with the minor issues, I enjoyed my time here.

Had a great time with my friends! We explored the Frida Kahlo Museum and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere at Xochimilco. The staff were super friendly, especially at the front desk. Don't forget to check out their tour desk for planning excursions! Just keep in mind that the wifi can be spotty at times, but overall, we had a fantastic trip!
Unfortunately, one of our rooms wasn't ready when we arrived, which was a bit disappointing. We had to wait longer than expected.

I had a great experience with the spacious Double Room featuring a spa bath, which was a delightful surprise. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, and the hotel's attention to cleanliness really stood out. However, I was disappointed that the room's decor did not match the vibrant photos online. it felt a bit more dated than expected. Despite this, I would definitely stay here again.

It was just a smart choice for a short stayover in Mexico City with great value for the money. Housekeeping did an admirable job keeping everything tidy, which was refreshing. Try to ask for a room with functioning A/C to avoid discomfort later.

I appreciated the breakfast spread, which offered a mix of continental and buffet options. It was convenient to have everything I needed within walking distance, including cafes and a metro bus station. The location made it easy to explore and immerse myself in the local culture, which speaks to my appreciation for history and art. It reminded me of the hospitality I experienced when traveling in Italy.
I faced some issues with WiFi connectivity during my stay. On one occasion, the room I booked was not ready when I arrived, which was frustrating. Also, I would have preferred more variety in the dining options.
